Проекты
Финансирование проекта, предоставленное фондом Абилис, является первой возможностью для многих организаций и малых предприятий людей с инвалидностью разработать и реализовать свой собственный проект. Ежегодно мы финансируем около 200 проектов, благодаря которым люди с инвалидностью и их организации учатся новым вещам и навыкам. Планирование, реализация, отчетность и мониторинг проектов научат организации-заявители работать с иностранным спонсором, что также улучшит их условия работы в будущем.
В соответствии с целями политики развития Финляндии, фонд Абилис стремится продвигать гендерное равенство, статус и равенство людей с инвалидностью, устойчивость к изменению климата и развитие с низким уровнем выбросов. В нашей работе по оказанию помощи мы уделяем особое внимание тому, как проекты продвигают права и равные возможности людей с инвалидностью, гендерное равенство, а также права и статус женщин с инвалидностью. Кроме того, мы оцениваем проекты с точки зрения устойчивости к изменению климата и, при необходимости, даем рекомендации по снижению потенциального негативного воздействия проектов на климат.
Фонд Абилис оказывает финансовую поддержку организациям и малым предприятиям людей с инвалидностью. Чтобы получить грант, группа людей с инвалидностью должна заполнить форму заявки фонда Абилис и представить необходимые документы в фонд Абилис. Наши местные представители помогают группам с инвалидностью во всех вопросах, связанных с подачей заявления на получение финансовой поддержки и отчётностью по ней, а также регулярно посещают проекты и оценивают ход реализации проектов. Кроме того, они проводят обучение, помогающее реализации проекта и развитию собственных навыков. Мы контролируем проекты на протяжении всего их жизненного цикла и следим за тем, чтобы предоставленный грант использовался правильно.
ПРОЦЕСС ПОДДЕРЖКИ
Отслеживание
Фонд Абилис внимательно следит за реализацией проекта и проводит необходимое обучение для группы людей с инвалидностью, для развития навыков и реализации проекта. Если фонд Абилис обнаружит нецелевое использование средств, предоставленный грант возвращается фонду.

Заявка
Группа людей с инвалидностью заполняет форму заявки и отправляет её вместе с требуемыми документами в фонд Абилис.
Рассмотрение заявки
Фонд Абилис обрабатывает заявку, проверяет данные заявителя и осуществимость проекта.
Решение о предоставлении гранта
Правление фонда Абилис принимает решение о предоставлении гранта.
Подписание договора
Договор о реализации, отчётности и мониторинге проекта подписывается фондом Абилис и группой людей с инвалидностью. Как только соглашение будет подписано обеими сторонами, фонд Абилис перечислит первую часть суммы гранта на банковский счет группы людей с инвалидностью.
Отчётность
Группа людей с инвалидностью, получившая грант, готовит 1-2 письменных отчёта о реализации проекта для фонда Абилис. Фонд обработает отчёты и выплатит следующую часть суммы гранта на банковский счёт группы людей с инвалидностью после утверждения отчёта.
